The Ideal Candidate:
- Preferably holds a Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of insurance experience or equivalent education/experience
- Insurance coursework or certifications advantageous
- E&S underwriting experience favored
- Solid professional customer service experience
- Innovative, adaptable, entrepreneurial mindset
- Team player with constructive feedback abilities
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
