Daily duties of the Mortgage Compliance Analyst include, but are not limited to:

• Management of daily workload.
• Disclosing.
• Auditing.
• Daily Reports.
• Monitoring completion of audits.
• Monitoring of productivity/quality.
• Assisting Compliance Officer.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Mortgage compliance experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Encompass.
• Possess customer service focus and skills.
• Regulatory research and policy writing skills.
• Experience and understanding of HMDA reporting, full understanding of TRID
