In this role, you’ll design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for specialty fiber optic cables—driving efficiency, quality, and performance through process improvements and troubleshooting.
Have a BS in Engineering and 3-5+ years of process engineering experience? Expertise in fiber optic manufacturing, Industry 4.0, lean principles, and quality systems? Strong troubleshooting and teamwork skills? Let’s talk!
