As the Insurance Producer Assistant, you’ll support 2-4 insurance agents with policy processing, client communication, and overall agency management. Responsibilities include assisting with applications, preparing binders, processing policies, handling post-issuance tasks, maintaining the End-of-Month tracker, and managing carrier calls. You'll also help with client retention through cross-selling and upselling.

As the Insurance Producer Assistant, you’ll support 2-4 insurance agents with policy processing, client communication, and overall agency management. What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience working in personal lines insurance.
- Strong proficiency with agency management systems (e.g., Vertafore AMS360, EZ Lynx) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- CT Insurance license or the willingness to obtain one.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in the insurance industry preferred
