- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of Brokerage or Underwriting experience.
- Excellent client services and communication skills.
- Knowledge of insurance endorsements and coverage related to the surplus lines industry.
- Tech-savvy, including experience in a Windows environment, with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
