They’re currently hiring a Head of US Sales to drive growth in the surgical stapling market. Ideal candidates will have strategic leadership skills and experience in surgical stapling or similar technical medical devices. Responsibilities include setting strategy, market analysis, team support, and implementing KPIs.

The Ideal Candidate Has:
  • BS or BA degree in Business or a related field
  • Demonstrated success in selling medical surgical equipment (experience with surgical stapling is advantageous)
  • Proven strategic leadership in the surgical equipment sector
  • Track record of introducing innovative technologies
  • Upholds strong ethics, integrity, and trustworthiness
  • Willingness to travel extensively with expenses covered
