We've been retained to locate a Head of Customer Success for a growing SAAS Market leader focused on optimization, analytics, Supply chain, and compliance.

- Doubled in size in the last two years from $20M to over $40M ARR
- Huge Tier 1 customers including 7-11, UPS, Avis, and BP to name a few.
- Market Leader with 50 of the top 100 companies in their space as their clients
- World class leadership team that is looking to mentor and grow talent at all levels.
- Looking for a Customer Success Leader to manage and grow talent focused on a large portfolio of enterprise customers.
- The focus of the customer success team is customer health, adoption, onboarding, retention, renewals, project/program success.
- Complex SaaS/Software where enterprise customers are doing $250k to $2M ARR.
- SaaS CS leadership experience in Supply Chain, analytics, EHS/ESG, Compliance, field service, or operational software would be a plus.
- Looking for a proven CS leader that has built out CS in the past where they bring a proven track record of creating a repeatable process, presentations, playbooks on building a world class CS organization.
- Opening is due to growth of the company and this person will acquire a team of 7 -10 Enterprise CSMs
