- Doubled in size over the last 2 years, growing from $20M to $40M ARR.

- A world-class leadership team committed to mentoring and developing talent at all levels.
- Manage and grow a team of 7-10 Enterprise Customer Success Managers (CSMs) focused on a large portfolio of enterprise customers.
- Oversee customer health, adoption, onboarding, retention, renewals, and project/program success.
- Lead and refine customer success processes, playbooks, and presentations to build a top-tier CS organization.
- Drive success with complex SaaS solutions, serving enterprise customers generating $250K to $2M ARR.
- Proven Customer Success Leadership experience, particularly in SaaS, supply chain, analytics, compliance, or operational software.
- A track record of building scalable CS teams and processes.
- A passion for mentoring and developing talent within a fast-paced, growing company.
- Remote opportunity with a preference for candidates located east of the Central US.
