Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage financial strategies and budgets.

Oversee accounting, billing, payroll, and reporting.

Ensure regulatory compliance, including Medicare/Medicaid.

Optimize revenue cycle and cash flow.

Lead and develop the finance team.
The Right Individual Has:
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
- 5-10 years in financial management in healthcare (short or long-term facilities)
- Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare finance regulations.
- Proven leadership and financial planning skills
