As a remote Environmental Renewal Underwriter, you’ll bring your expertise in EIL and General Liability to manage renewals and smaller accounts, with the opportunity to take on larger, more complex accounts as you grow. You’ll oversee a growing book of business, evaluating applications, assessing risk, and pricing accounts through financial analysis. Your key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines, utilizing tools for accurate pricing and classifications, and identifying new business opportunities to support continued growth.

The Ideal Candidate Has:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of commercial underwriting (environmental preferred)
- Designation or progress toward AU, ARM, or CPCU
- Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of managing a large book with minimal supervision
- Strong communication, teamwork, and client relationship skills
- P&C License and experience with small to mid-sized accounts
