ABOUT THE POSITION:
As Employee Benefits Account Manager, you’ll work with the Account Executive and service team in providing excellent customer service in servicing existing accounts and prospect accounts within Employee Benefits.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
- High school diploma or higher
- 2+ years of related work experience
- Valid insurance license
- Excellent customer service skills, including telephone and listening skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficient in Agency Management System
