- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5–7 years of insurance-related experience and/or training
- Experience in production-oriented Excess Casualty underwriting with strong relationships within the Wholesale brokerage channel.
- Professional and effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
