As their Director of Customer Support, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of the company’s Customer Support services and overseeing all operations of the Customer Support team. You will use your leadership skills to innovate and cultivate an ownership culture- where every team member is responsible for building customer relationships and providing recommendations and solutions.
The ideal person for this role is someone with:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Customer Support management experience at a SaaS technology company
- 10+ years’ experience managing 24x7x365 customer service teams
- Proven management of third-party service providers
- Established track record of exceeding targets, KPIs and SLAs
- Well-developed leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to motivate and communicate with others at all levels
