As the Director of Agent Services, you will support the company’s sales agents by offering a variety of value-added services, including onboarding and training tools, state licensing, and training new sales agents one-on-one.

THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL HAS…

• 3+ years of real estate industry experience
• Must have a current CT real estate license.
• Bright, upbeat, energetic, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Good with quick problem-solving solutions
• People-oriented and excellent at building rapport.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Tech-savvy, proficient with computer applications, including Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
• Learning-based attitude
• Proven track record of leading, developing, and effectively leveraging a team
