Sales Leader
(On-site 5 days a week, Chicago Metro office)
We have been retained to locate an Inside Sales Leader to build out a national team based out of Chicago for a large Publicly Traded Technology company.
MY CLIENT:
- Large $5B Public technology company with a broad focus that includes hardware, software, connected devices, Robotics, Mobile Computing, Analytics
- Huge global initiative to build out inside sales hubs. This role will be a total team build out from scratch to 20 people for the first phase. Targeted to grow to a 60-person organization by Q1 of 2026
- Second line leader role for someone to lead and create an inside sales hub from the ground up, developing and executing operations and sales leadership.
- The focus will be both BDRs and full cycle inside sales and account executives focused on both existing and net new with over 5000 tier one and tier two targets
- Someone who is a good Business Unit leader, visionary, executioner, coach, and mentor that can build company culture globally within the teams.
- Must have a proven track record, expertise, and best practices for inside sales organizations. That includes sales and operational expertise, inside sales models, playbooks, KPI’s, Metrics, etc.
- Looking for someone that has focused on Hi-tech hardware or software-based solutions/ portfolios/SKUs building out sales teams focused on selling technology.
