As Director of FP&A, you’ll oversee strategic financial planning, including forecasts, budgets, and financial models that impact decision-making and efficiency. You’ll align financial strategy with operations to improve cost control, profitability, and performance. Key duties include forecasting, capital investment analysis, scenario & sensitivity analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting (MBA preferred), 8+ years of FP&A experience (manufacturing experience a plus), leadership/management experience, and strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
