We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative for a well-renowned organization, which has seen consistent sequential growth, resulting in this amazing opportunity to join the team.
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all internal and external customers by communicating effectively with customers and the team members within the Customer Service Department. The CSR is responsible for answering incoming calls and emails from internal and external customers and assisting with the placement of quotes, orders, refunds and returns.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience with handling a large volume of incoming calls and must be able to communicate patiently and diplomatically.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP or other CRM systems
