As the Customer Service Representative, you will service existing accounts and re-market clients within the portfolio of companies and driving up retention through cross-selling and upselling.

Qualified Applicants must have the following credentials:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of personal lines insurance experience
• Massachusetts Property & Casualty insurance license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
