Commercial Lines E&S Account Manager – Insurance (MA)

HOURS: Monday-Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

A Cutting-edge Insurance Company that was voted a “Best Place to Work” is in search of a dynamic and self-motivated E&S Commercial Lines Account Manager/CSR. In this role, you’ll service existing accounts, re-market clients within the portfolio, and drive retention through cross-selling and upselling.

What You’ll Do:
• Service existing accounts and be the primary contact for a small, but growing, commercial lines book
• Handle E&S accounts, adding support to an existing team
• Cross-sell and up-sell to drive retention and grow accounts
• Provide top-notch customer service, managing a full portfolio of insurance products
• Maintain flexibility in a hybrid or in-office role (depending on your location)

The Ideal Candidate Has:
• 2+ years of personal lines insurance experience
• Experience working with multiple carriers
• Massachusetts Property & Casualty insurance license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Commercial lines experience—handling both small commercial accounts and personal lines (a balance of both is ideal)
• E&S experience preferred (helping manage a growing book of business)
• Strong multitasking skills to meet shifting priorities
