As their COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE (CDA), you will have a chance to participate in the company’s Sales Leadership Program and get exposure to a unique and well-rounded sales rotational at the company’s Illinois office as well as an initial training program at their headquarters office in Connecticut (temporary housing stipend provided).
You will participate in a comprehensive sales training program that focuses on the development of proficiency and expertise in areas such as: Technical Sales, Account Management, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and Engineering.
THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL HAS…
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- An outgoing sales personality, with excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong technical aptitude and demonstrated leadership skills.
- Good computer technical skills, including Microsoft Office
- Sales or customer service experience a plus.
