About the role:

Drive customer Professional Services offerings: scoping activities, write Statements of Work, and manage negotiation through the contract lifecycle.
Expand and grow business relationships with new clients, existing clients, and the internal sales team.
Execute plans to increase Services offerings exposure and identify key market opportunities and growth areas.
Develop and lead account strategy in conjunction with other stakeholders and Professional Services leaders.
Lead business planning and quarterly review process as well as regular pipeline review and forecasting activities.
