Key Responsibilities Include:
- Analyze claims and litigation, developing recommended options and action plans.
- Facilitate and support the retrieval, investigation, and documentation for claims.
- Report case statuses to management and senior analysts.
- Coordinate with outside counsel on client litigation.
- Prepare presentations on regulatory, legislative, and litigation developments.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
- 3+ years of legal and/or claims experience
- Knowledge of commercial, personal, and self-insurance laws and regulations
- Experience with Garage Liability/ Garage Keepers’ claims highly preferred.
- P&C License preferred.
- Understanding of litigation procedures and liability contract language
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to work independently and handle time-sensitive projects
