ABOUT THE POSITION:
As Chief Financial Officer, you’ll be responsible for providing strategic financial direction and leadership to the company’s operating units. In your role as CFO, you’ll also lead and manage a team of finance staff.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and/or finance
- 15+ years of experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Insurance industry experience
- Strategic planning experience
- Experience leading teams, with the ability to attract, coach and develop talent.
- Completion of or working toward CPA or MBA
