In the role of Injection Molding Cell Leader, you will oversee your assigned product line(s), setting goals, decision-making, and driving execution with accountability toward department objectives. The Cell Leader will also ensure full compliance with company quality systems, policies, procedures, and best practices, and all safety regulations, policies and procedures.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
In the role of Injection Molding Cell Leader, you will oversee your assigned product line(s), setting goals, decision-making, and driving execution with accountability toward department objectives. The Cell Leader will also ensure full compliance with company quality systems, policies, procedures, and best practices, and all safety regulations, policies and procedures.
THE RIGHT CANDIDATE HAS:
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- 1+ years manufacturing supervisory experience.
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience in a highly automated environment.
- Management experience with people leaders, hourly production associates and engineering / technical associates preferred.
- Ability to effectively read and write and communicate in English.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
