We’re looking for Call Center professionals to join the team of this award-winning company conveniently located in Wallingford, CT. Extensive training provided and great income potential! P/T Nights and Weekends hours.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls and setting appointments for company sales representatives.


  • Answering in-bound calls
  • Setting and assigning appointments
  • Handling customer inquiries and direct calls
  • Providing information about the products and services
  • Troubleshooting and resolving product issues and concerns
  • Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions
  • Staying up-to-date with company products and services


  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Previous experience in sales / customer service
  • Clear, articulate speaking voice
  • Must be able to read and memorize scripts
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Strong computer/technology skills
  • Superior communication and "people" skills; be a "self-starter" and intrinsically motivated
  • Enjoy helping customers
