As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound calls and setting appointments for company sales representatives.
- Answering in-bound calls
- Setting and assigning appointments
- Handling customer inquiries and direct calls
- Providing information about the products and services
- Troubleshooting and resolving product issues and concerns
- Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions
- Staying up-to-date with company products and services
- High School Diploma/GED
- Previous experience in sales/customer service
- Clear, articulate speaking voice
- Must be able to read and memorize scripts
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Strong computer/technology skills
- Superior communication and "people" skills; be a "self-starter" and intrinsically motivated
