Cutting-edge Real Estate Company is in search of a dynamic and ambitious Associate Sales Manager to work with and support the Regional Sales Manager to ensure operational excellence of your assigned branch offices in the Southwest Florida territory.

The Sales Manager will also be responsible for conducting broker duties, specifically related to contract execution and sales associate support related to contracts and sales.

THE RIGHT PERSON HAS…

• Previous residential real estate experience.
• Previous experience managing a real estate sales team. 
• Experience and knowledge of Appfiles, NABOR and FR/BAR contract forms.
• Excellent communicator- charismatic, with a natural ability to build rapport
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
