As the Administrative Manager, you will handle property listing management, sales agent support, answering phones, sorting incoming mail, social media support, the new agent set up, and more…

 

THE RIGHT PERSON HAS…

  • Previous real estate experience- with an understanding of the MLS systems.
  • Strong computer skills- including MS Office and CRM software.
  • Microsoft Publisher skills.
  • Social media experience (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Advanced organizational skills and ability to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing and editing.
