Cutting-edge Real Estate Company is in search of a dynamic and experienced Administrative / Marketing Coordinator to provide exceptional administrative support in their active office.
Primary Responsibilities of the Administrative / Marketing Coordinator:
As the Administrative / Marketing Coordinator, you will play a critical in the creation and execution of the office’s print and digital marketing, local training efforts, and the seamless coordination of marketing requests for our sales associates including but not limited to: Listing Presentations, Print Advertising, Direct Mail, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Compliance Officer for Company Branding, Social Media and Marketing Standards.
Required skills and background:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Basic understanding of accounting/banking
- Strong computer skills- including MS Office and CRM software
- Advanced Microsoft Publisher and Adobe InDesign skills
- Marketing and social media skills and experience
- Advanced organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Previous Real Estate experience a plus
