Role Summary:
They are seeking a meticulous and efficient Administrative Assistant to join their Greater Hartford area team. You will work closely with the President and Office Manager, providing critical support in project management, scheduling, procurement, and accounting. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a quick learner, tech-savvy, and excels in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.

The Ideal Candidate Has:
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • 5+ years of administrative assistant experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
  • Experience with AP/AR and QuickBooks.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High accuracy and efficiency in work.
  • Ability to work autonomously, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems.
  • Exposure to the construction, engineering, or architecture industries is a major plus.
