An established healthcare organization is looking to add an experienced Administrative Assistant to their growing team!

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with accounts payable and Kronos time management
  • Reviewing Accounts Payable invoices for accuracy, verify approval and code for applicable general ledger accounts
  • Processing payroll, inputting and verifying employee times
  • Preparing Excel spreadsheets for payroll upload
  • Organizes daily work and information to maintain efficiency and confidentiality
  • Assisting in special projects as assigned


  • Associate degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience
  • Organized, reliable, deadline-oriented and have excellent follow-through and great attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills and effective communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to changing priorities quickly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • PeopleSoft and Kronos application experience required
