ABOUT THE ADMINSITRATIVE ASSISTANT ROLE…
In this position, you will be responsible for the following:
- Receptionist Duties: Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
- Maintain office roster and address lists.
- Office supply coordination.
- Order business cards, name riders and open house signs as needed
- Distribute incoming mail, process outgoing mail,
- Assist Sales Agents with projects and mailings.
- Support Sales Manager & Marketing staff on a variety of projects.
- Social Media support for sales associates
- Create property window brochures in PowerPoint.
- Order For Sale Sign installation
- Train on transaction management software to support sales agents.
- MLS assistance and status updates.
THE RIGHT PERSON HAS...
- Office administrative experience
- Experience in Real Estate, with an understanding of MLS systems
- Solid communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize to meet shifting demands in a sales environment.
- Ability to work autonomously.
- Good computer skills, Microsoft 365 Suite, including Publisher
- Social media experience (Instagram and Facebook).
- Excellent written, editing and communication skills
- Typing accuracy and speed on computer.
