Cutting-edge Real Estate Company is in search of a dynamic and experienced  Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support.


In this position, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Receptionist Duties: Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
  • Maintain office roster and address lists.
  • Office supply coordination.
  • Order business cards, name riders and open house signs as needed
  • Distribute incoming mail, process outgoing mail,
  • Assist Sales Agents with projects and mailings.
  • Support Sales Manager & Marketing staff on a variety of projects.
  • Social Media support for sales associates
  • Create property window brochures in PowerPoint.
  • Order For Sale Sign installation
  • Train on transaction management software to support sales agents.
  • MLS assistance and status updates.


  • Office administrative experience
  • Experience in Real Estate, with an understanding of MLS systems
  • Solid communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize to meet shifting demands in a sales environment.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Good computer skills, Microsoft 365 Suite, including Publisher
  • Social media experience (Instagram and Facebook).
  • Excellent written, editing and communication skills
  • Typing accuracy and speed on computer.
