Oncology Pharma company seeking a Medical Director for their growing Medical Affairs department!

This Oncology company discovers, develops and commercializes therapeutics that will transform the lives of cancer patients.  Based in Boston, it will double in size this year!

The Medical Director will participate and lead a broad range of medical affairs activities, such as: preparation of clinical development plans, design and conduct of phase IIIB/IV trials, medical oversight of IST programs and review of Medical Affairs materials.

The ideal candidate should have the following:

*MD or MD/PhD with 5+ years of relevant clinical experience (familiarity with GCP/ICH/FDA guidelines, clinical trial design, product safety, regulatory affairs..etc)

*Hematology/Oncology experience

*Board Certified or Board Eligible in either Hematology or Oncology

*Excellent leadership and management skills
