Stacey Eldredge, CPC

As a senior member of the Technology practice, Stacey has more than a decade of experience in Executive Search. Her expertise is focused on search assignments that span the executive suite with an emphasis on Sales and Marketing, Business Development and Product Management. Stacey’s clients range from software and emerging technology companies to IT and professional services companies. Stacey has led the Hobson search efforts in Banking and Financial Technology and has managed searches ranging from Core Banking to the Wall Street High Performance arena.

Driven by determination to exceed goals and expectations of clients, Stacey is committed to timelines and delivery. She takes pride in the relationship that she builds with her clients and believes that trust and credibility drive her results and success.

Stacey began her professional search career with Fanning Personnel in Boston where she spent seven extremely successful years garnering awards, which included Rookie of the Year and Consultant of the Year four times. In 2001, Stacey joined Hobson Associates and quickly established herself as Rookie of the Year. Recognized by management for her team commitment, Stacey was the 2006 recipient of “The Jackie” award.

Stacey graduated Denison University with a BS in Psychology. She resides with her husband and three children and volunteers as a tutor at a center that provides reading services to inner city children.

Fun Fact: Stacey is described as the “marathon mom.” She is noted for effectively negotiating time between shuttling her children to the field and cheering at the sidelines.
