Rebecca DeSanto

Rebecca joined the Life Sciences practice at Hobson Associates in 2011 and specializes in placing senior level talent throughout the drug discovery and development industry.  Her expertise lies within Pre Clinical Development, Biostatistics, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Clinical Development and Clinical Operations.  Her clients include small to large Biotechnology Companies, Pharmaceutical Companies, and Contract Research Organizations. Recent searches filled by Rebecca include a Chief Medical Officer for a CRO and a VP of pre-Clinical Development for a bio pharma client.

Rebecca brings an exceptional work ethic, a strong sense of urgency and genuine enthusiasm to Hobson Associates.  She is dedicated to building long term relationships with both her clients and candidates in order to understand their expectations and needs.   Rebecca’s commitment to doing her job with honesty and integrity is the cornerstone of her success.

Rebecca comes to Hobson Associates with experience in both Pharmaceutical and Medical sales.  She graduated Cum Laude from Fairfield University, earning her BA in Communications. 

Fun Fact:  Rebecca is addicted to Zumba Fitness and is member of an all “Zumba” gym.
