Meghann Grant
Senior Associate, Life Sciences
Meghann specializes in placing business development professionals and senior management throughout the Drug Discovery and Development arena. Most of her clients are CROs, CMCs, central labs, research institutes, and other companies that provide a service to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
Meghann believes her consultative approach earns her repeat business from clients who can be assured that their critical hiring needs are met in a timely manner. Meghann is well known for being a good listener, a true team player, and a mediator in both her professional and personal life.
Meghann graduated with a BS in Biology from Eastern Connecticut State University. She worked in the immunology department at Quest Diagnostics, Inc. as a medical technologist before joining Hobson Associates in 2006. In 2007, Meghann earned “Rookie of the Year” and in 2008 far exceeded her goals and also earned the “Team Player” award for being a part of the most split deals in the office. In 2009, she earned “The Jackie” award for appreciation, loyalty and dedication to Hobson Associates. In record time, Meghann exceeded $1 million in career billings in February of 2010, earning her Senior Associate status. She also mentors new consultants within the Life Sciences Practice.
Meghann enjoys traveling, concerts, reading, the outdoors and spending time with her husband, family and friends.
Fun Fact: Meghann has sat within the first couple of rows for so many rock concerts that she’s had the opportunity to meet various band members, take pictures with them, and get autographs. She has every single ticket stub and plans to someday display her extensive collection in her home.
