Jennifer Millea

Jennifer is a Partner in Hobson’s Staffing Services Division, specializing in working with companies and professionals in the Northeast (CT, NY, MA, and beyond). Her focus is placing Direct Hire, Contract Staffing, and Temporary positions for cross-market disciplines— such as Accounting/Finance, Administrative and Specialized Professionals, Clinical Healthcare, and Manufacturing.

Jennifer received her B.A. in Legal Studies from Quinnipiac College and started her career working as a paralegal, eventually helping to develop the legal department of a locally based national company. Several years later she entered the world of sales, working as a sales representative for a title insurance company. She decided to expand her sales experience by joining a digital marketing company as an internet marketing specialist, working with small and medium-sized businesses.

Jennifer prides herself in getting to know the wants and needs of her clients and developing long-lasting relationships. In 2016 she was named Hobson Associates “Rookie of the Year” and also promoted to “Associate” status. In just under four years from beginning her recruiting career at Hobson, Jennifer generated over $1 million in revenue, earning the title of “Senior Associate”. In September 2021 Jennifer made Hobson history- by producing the highest amount of client billings in a fiscal year (over $1.3 million), earning her "Associate of the Year" and also being promoted to Equity Partner.

Jennifer married her high school sweetheart Christopher, a United States Marine Corps veteran, and together they have two sons-Matthew and Michael. Both sons attended Marist College where they studied Criminal Justice. Matthew is a police officer in Connecticut, and Michael is looking to follow in his brother’s footsteps.
