On October 2nd, The Hobson team gathered to celebrate “Kick Off 2016”, marking the beginning of our new fiscal year. Awards were given out, team-building games were played, and team as well as significant individual accomplishments were recognized:

Partner Gerry Sorge took top honors as Associate of the Year. Gerry shattered his own personal best billings record this year, making him just thethird recruiter in Hobson history to hit a huge client billing record for the fiscal year!!
Senior Partner Tim Flanagan received the ‘Vénard Chanski Award’ for his Outstanding Achievement during his 25 successful years at Hobson Associates.
Senior Partner Beth Schneider was recognized for Associate of the Quarter, as well as taking the top honors for the month of September.
Insurance Practice Manager, Robin Bland, was recognized as Associate of the Month for July and August.
The following recruiters were recognized for hitting their Q4 goals: Beth Schneider, Bill Tomek, Diana Saucier, Jonathon Palmieri, Meghann Grant, Robin Bland, Scott Tuttle, Tim Flanagan, and Taylor Ives.
Last but not least, Insurance Consultant Jonathon Palmieri, was recognized as “Rookie of the Year” for turning in strong billing results during his first year as a member of the Hobson Team.
