It’s Not About You, It’s About THEM

It’s a basic and true law of nature: People feel compelled to give back to those who have helped them. This is especially true in the business of recruiting.

We make our calls, nurture our relationships, ask the right questions, walk our candidates and clients through the hiring process, and make sure that it’s the right fit.  But are we starting the conversation with the mindset of “what’s in it for them?”

At Hobson, we have been trained to ask “what do you see is the next step in your career?” If done properly, our clients and candidates will get what they want (their best new hire/their dream job), and in turn we will get what we want (filled position and satisfied client/candidate).

So remember- it’s not about us, but rather THEM! Make it a part of your plan to truly help someone every day.
