Steve joined the Sales and Marketing recruiting team at Hobson Associates in 2000 after two years of recruiting in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Within five months of joining the firm, Steve closed one of the largest deals in company history, launching him onto the path of success. He was Rookie of the Year for 2001, placing him among the top five Associates in billings company-wide. While establishing himself as a key member of the Hobson team, Steve earned the title of Senior Associate. In 2002 Steve helped launch Hobson's Life Sciences Practice and in July 2005 was made the Practice Manager. Steve is a Certified Personnel Consultant and in September 2006 was awarded Partner status. His expertise lies in placing directors, VP's and c-level executives within the biotech, pharmaceutical and clinical trials industry.
