Stacey began her professional career recruiting with Fanning Personnel In Boston, Ma. Having achieved Rookie of the Year, with Fanning, Stacey led her sales team throughout her seven year tenure. This included recognition of highest billings and Consultant of the Year for four consecutive years. Promoted to Sales Manager, Stacey also obtained her CPC, Certified Personnel Consultant.

Returning to the business, Stacey joined Hobson Associates and quickly established herself winning an Associate of the Month award within her first several months. She most recently won Rookie of the Year for 2002.

Stacey works both retained and contingency searches. Building sales teams for technology companies, Stacey has carved out a niche recruiting Sales Professionals for Financial/Banking and Mortgage Technology companies.
