Gerry began his career as a recruiter for a small Connecticut based temporary agency focusing in manufacturing. His strong people skills and understanding of growing business resulted in Gerry leading the company in sales & business development. Eleven years and six offices later, with sales in excess of $19 million annually, Gerry was recognized as a driving force by his colleagues in the industry and community.

In June 2004 Gerry's decision to take on a new challenge and work with the industry leaders in search brought him to Hobson Associates. "I always admired Danny Cahill as a leader and trainer to the industry. If I was ever going to make a change and do something really challenging this is where I would go."

Gerry practices within the pharmaceutical and clinical research space in our life science group. He has excelled in placing senior level business development professionals for the CRO market. Additionally, he has become a leader in the industry managing the careers of Medical Directors/Physicians in the pharmaceutical and clinical research arenas in multiple therapeutic areas.

Gerry served as a board member of the Connecticut Association of Personnel Services for five years. He earned his Certified Personnel Consultant designation in 1996 and was awarded Certified Staffing Professional designation by the American Staffing Association in May, 2004.
