John joined Hobson Associates in May of 1998. In his first quarter with Hobson, John made an immediate impact, finishing the quarter as the number two producer company wide. He won Rookie of the Year honors in 1999, setting a new Rookie Billing record. Within his first year with Hobson Associates, John reached Senior Assoicate production status and obtained his CPC. John was made a Partner in 2002.

John's primary focus is working retained searches for major clients in the heavy equipment arena. His networks within the niche, which are global and cross functional, include Senior Executives, Sales and Marketing, Operations, Engineering and Human Resources. His passion for the niche and understanding of technology give clients absolute trust in John's ability to consistently deliver the best talent on every search.
