Don Tinker joined Hobson Associates in the practice of Life Sciences in March 2007. Don graduated with a Bachelor of Associates from the University of Connecticut in December 2004 and began his career as a Healthcare Recruiter with Maxim Healthcare Services placing nurses. Don then took his recruiting experience to Ultimate Staffing Services recruiting Customer Service professionals on-site at their most prestigious client in the Northeast.

Don's passion for life, desire to give 100% in every aspect of his life, and strength of character make him a valuable addition to the Hobson Team. Don just set a New Record for billings during the first 6 months with Hobson.

Don is also a Certified Basketball Official with IAABO Board 8 refereeing high school basketball games in the winter months.
