Larry Botelle, CPC
Senior Associate
Larry joined Hobson Associates as a member of the Technology Practice in 2004. He has been instrumental in building the federal practice for Hobson Associates to help better serve Hobson's clients with their growing federal needs. Larry's expertise lies in the recruitment of both federal and commercial software sales executives and management as well as sales engineers. Larry was awarded the 2005 Rookie of the Year award for being the top producer in his rookie class. In 2006 and 2007, Larry solidified himself as one of the top producers in the organization by finishing #2 in billings for the entire company both of those years.
Larry has also pursued a more active role in the recruiting industry by being elected and serving on the board of CAPS (Connecticut Association of Personnel Services) in 2006 and currently in 2007. Larry also served on the board of the 2007 NEAPS (New England Association of Personnel Services) Conference in Hartford, CT.
Larry graduated from Teikyo Post University with a BS in Marketing. He began his professional recruiting career with RJS Associates and quickly became a leader in the IT/Software Department. Larry was Rookie of the Year in 2000 and IT Consultant of the Year in 2001. During his tenure with RJS he received multiple client development awards for his dedication and performance with clients, and earned his CPC, Certified Personnel Consultant designation.
