Bill Joined Hobson Associates in early 1999 and quickly climbed the ranks, being promoted to Associate and Senior Associate within his first year. He went on to acquire his CPC during his second year and closed and managed the third largest retained client in the company’s history. Building on that success, and continuing to establish himself as a top producer, Bill developed the second highest revenue producing account in 2001 and in 2005 became one of the top three revenue producers in the company.

Bill’s value to the firm reaches beyond production, and in 2001 was awarded the "Jackie," an award given to the staff member who most embodies the ideals of Hobson Associates. At the beginning of 2002, Bill became the second youngest partner in the firm. Bill manages staff in the Technology Practice group and brings value to his clients by quickly delivering results in project based build outs of sales and marketing teams.
