Amy Williams, CPC
Partner/Director of Training

Amy graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1988 with a BS in family studies. She began her career in advertising sales with a publishing firm in the loan servicing and origination space. In 1997, Amy joined the engineering department at Hobson Associates and was recognized as the Rookie of the Year. By the end of that year she was promoted to Associate and shifted her focus from engineering to placing sales and sales management professionals in the software sector. Amy's niche is the content and document management space.

In 2002, Amy was made a Partner at Hobson Associates. She continues to place technology sales talent. Additionally, Amy was also promoted to Director of Training, responsible for the training and ongoing development of all new hires at Hobson Associates.

Also in 2002, Amy took a more active role with the consulting side of Hobson's search firm, the Cahill Consulting Group, and launched a new business initiative, Accordingtodanny.com. As Managing Director, she is responsible for driving revenue for this membership based training website.
